Záväznú rezerváciu je možné zrušiť najneskôr 24 hodín vopred telefonicky na +421 918734143 alebo mailom na bistro@fachbratislava.sk. V takomto prípade je hosťovi poukázaný voucher v hodnote, ktorú zaplatil pri rezervácií. Pri zrušení rezervácie neskôr ako 24 hodín pred termínom rezervácie, alebo pri nedostavení sa v čase rezervácie, je prevádzkovateľ reštaurácie oprávnený nevrátiť celkovú zaplatenú čiastku. A binding reservation can be cancelled no later than 24 hours in advance by phone at +421 918 734 143 or by email at bistro@fachbratislava.sk. In such a case, the guest will receive a voucher in the amount paid at the time of the reservation. If the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or if the guest fails to show up at the time of the reservation, the restaurant operator reserves the right not to refund the total amount paid.
